If you email the millhouse or ask about an order, we receive your email address and whatever details you choose to send. We use those details to answer you, discuss grain and keep records connected with the request. Please do not email payment card numbers.
When you visit
This static site does not ask you to create an account. The baker’s calculator runs in your browser and does not send your recipe inputs to us. The hosting provider may maintain ordinary server logs, such as IP address, request time and requested page, for operation and security. Google Fonts receives a request from your browser when fonts load, which may include your IP address.
Our records
We retain correspondence and order-related records for as long as they are useful to the farm or needed for accounting and other obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Contact [email protected] with a question or a request concerning information you have sent us.
