We’re Soren and Martha Hollis, stone millers and agronomists. Our work brings the field and the millhouse together: tending heritage grains and pulses, watching the seasons, and milling grain with care for the bakers who use it.
At our Junction City farm, the rotation includes heritage wheats, crimson clover and dry-farmed pulses. Our Austrian Osttiroler natural-granite mill turns the harvest into flour with the character of the whole kernel close at hand.
