Our Guarantee:
We believe that you’ll be pleased with the quality of our products. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund. In the case of seed stock, we cannot guarantee, due to varied climates, soil conditions, and other factors that our seed will be successful in your garden. Please let us know as soon as you receive your seed if you are not satisfied with the product.
Terms of Service
Everything we sell is backed by Lonesome Whistle Farm's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything you buy from us proves unsatisfactory we will either replace it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. No other express guarantee or warranty is made in respect thereof.
Exclusive Limitations of Remedy for Commercial Customers
The liability of Lonesome Whistle Farm for breach of guarantee (warranty), or for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the dissatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price. Nor shall Lonesome Whistle Farm be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort. Claims for defects in Lonesome Whistle Farm's products must be presented to Lonesome Whistle Farm as soon as practicable, and in any event, within 30 days of discovery.
